Jebus!

I, and I'm sure the rest of the Admin, are so sorry that we havent been around since about August last year! It seems that either some of us have forgotten our Ninja-ly duties or just been too busy and seemed to of neglected them. I came back to 10 notes, 2317 Deviations and over 2000 messages!! I am never ever ever letting DA-Ninjas slack off again. It was murder having to go through everything!

There are new Ninjas among us now, so Welcome to all the new Members! Remember to give up some Ninja-ly artwork from time to time. Whether it be a poem, story, photo, drawing... no matter what as long as it has something to do with Ninjas. Your gallery doesnt have to be all Ninja related, just whenever you feel particularly Ninja-esque. Hopefully I hadnt missed anyone on my reply-adding spree. If I have, then leave a message and I'll get onto you straight away!

If you have any Ninja Related artwork you want us to see, then leave a comment on this entry or leave a note with the link in it and either myself, or someone else will take a look see at it

Again, sorry to all that we've been MIA/AWOL since last year.

Okay, having written a journal entry for this for THREE times, already, I'm just going to state this. Our contest is over, and thanks to all who have entered. For those who submitted late, sorry, and maybe next time. Okay, now for the winner!

By a landslide vote, the winner is...
...Ninja? by ~Hybrid-Ninja!

She will now be featured on all journals from now on, for being the first contest winner!!!

Also, thanks for all the support from everyone, especially ~Narien. Maybe I could be the Official Contest-Holding Ninja from now on!

Okay, today is the very last day for submissions in the DA-Ninja clan's first Official Ninja Contest! If you are planning on joining, PLEASE try to have your entry in TODAY! A note will be sent on Friday for you to vote, so get ready! Here are the rules posted again for your convenience:

1. Any piece featuring ninjas in any shape or form. Even if it is a dog in a ninja suit, it's DA-Ninja worthy!No poetry or prose, however. That can be the next contest!

2. Any member can enter one submission, and ONE SUBMISSION ONLY! Send ~DA-Ninjas a note with the title "Contest Entry," and include the name of the deviation. Any note with a deviation entry will be seen as a suggestion for our gallery, and will not be entered in our contest. Please MAKE SURE that you title the note correctly! Also, no one can submit something that is already located in our gallery.

3. Submissions must be entered no later than August 2. Please have them in by then! If there are not enough entries, I may extend the deadline, but try and submit them anyway!

4. On August 4, (to ensure that all submissions are in on time!) a note will be sent out to each member, with a link to each submission. Vote for your favorite. ONLY VOTE THROUGH THE NOTE THAT IS SENT!
